DAY CAMP FAQ'S
WHO CAN ATTEND DAY CAMPS:
Day Camps are available to boys and girls ages 6-14
REFUND POLICY:
If you child is unable to attend camp for whatever reason please submit a refund request to wsoc@bgsu.edu
75% refund up to 7 days prior to camp.
No refunds within 7 days of camp.

TYPICAL DAY CAMP SCHEDULE: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
9am-9:15am - Player Check In
9:15am-9:45am - Warm Up / Entry Game
9:45am-10:30am - Session 1
10:30am-10:40am - Break
10:40am-11:25am - Session 2
11:25am-12pm - Scrimmaging

FULL DAY:
12:00pm-1:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm-2:15pm - Fun Activities and Soccer
2:15pm-3:00pm - Scrimmaging

IS THERE AN ATHLETIC TRAINER ON SITE:
Yes, we will hire one athletic trainer for every 60 players in attendance​

1610 Stadium Dr, Bowling Green, OH 43402 - Parking is located at football stadium.

CAN PARENTS WATCH:
Parents are welcome to watch from sidelines. Parents are also welcome to drop their child and leave.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Camp registration closes 1 week before the beginning of camp or when the camp fills.
​
CAN MY CHILD BE PLACED IN THE SAME GROUP AS THEIR FRIENDS:
We will try our very best to place friends and teammates in the same group. Please us the ‘Teammate Request’ during registration.
CAN MY CHILDS ENTIRE TEAM BE GROUPED TOGETHER:
Yes, this is possible provided we are given advanced notice. Please contact us with regards to team registrations and discounts at wsoc@bgsu.edu

CAN I PAY BY CHECK:
Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS:
Yes, we offer the following discounts:

Early-Bird Discount:
Will automatically be deducted from your child's registration if you register before MAY 15TH
Half Day Discount - $20
Full Day Discount - $30

Sibling Discounts:
The following discounts will automatically be deducted when registering multiple siblings at the same time:
2nd Child - $20 off
3rd Child - $30 off
4th Child - $40 off
5th Child - $50 off

Team Discounts:
We offer a variety of team discounts based on the number of players from a given team. Please contact us for more details.

BGSU Staff Discounts:
Please contact us if you are a BGSU employee.

WILL I RECEIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
Yes, you will receive an email from Fox Soccer Academy / Blue Sombrero upon completing your child’s registration. All additional camp information will be sent out within 3 days of the camp starting.
